Digital Products & Online Services

Due to the nature of digital products and online coaching services, all sales are final once access has been provided or a session has been delivered.

This includes:

• Online lessons
• Coaching packages
• Memberships
• Digital downloads
• Video content
• Training material

Refunds are not offered for digital content or completed sessions.

Coaching Sessions

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds.

Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

If you purchase physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
